AMD published ROCm Core SDK 10.0.0 on August 26, 2026, as a release in the TheRock repository, which the release notes say has been ROCm's build and release system since ROCm 7.14. The notes say the release focuses on AI inference, developer tooling and profiling, and that it enables support for PyTorch 2.13.0, JAX 0.11.0 and 0.10.2, vLLM 0.27.0, SGLang 0.5.15, TensorFlow 2.21, MIGraphX 2.17 and ONNX Runtime 1.27.0. HIP adds inclusive and exclusive scan APIs to its cooperative groups library. The AMD SMI library has breaking changes: its major version is now 27.0.0, so software linked against libamd_smi.so.26 must be relinked. USASI has not tested this release.
