Job Description:

Designing SOI high-power switches for 4G/5G smartphone integrated RF Front-End (RFFE) modules. Developing antenna switches, band switches, and matching circuits on SOI dies and compact PCB layouts capable of handling high power. Designing high-performance bi-directional couplers and high-linearity step attenuators. Generating innovative IPs for new RF circuits and systems to optimize module performance and cost efficiency.

Taking new conceptual designs to successful volume production through transistor-level and PCB-level optimization. Managing and developing SOI and PCB layouts. Presenting design details and technology evaluations to various development teams.

Job Requirements:

-Ph.D. degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering.

-Minimum 10 years’ direct design experience.

-An independent, self-motivated team player who thrives in dynamic environments and manages multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.

-Solid experience developing SOI RF circuits with a proven track record of successful production deliveries, including 4G/5G high-power switches, couplers, and attenuators.

-Strong EM simulation skills (HFSS, EMX, Clarity) and experience with RF module integration design on small-form-factor PCBs.

-Expertise in SOI transistor modeling for both small and large signals, including source/load pulling, power matching, harmonics, ruggedness, and reliability analyses.

-Hands-on experience with spectrum and network analyzers, as well as RFIC design flows and tools including Cadence Spectre, Golden Gate, AMS, ADS

Skilled in SOI transistor-level layouts, extractions, and ESD circuit design for digital, analog, and RF IOs.

-Proficient in general CMOS RFIC, analog, and digital design, with additional experience integrating SOI circuits with PAs, LNAs, and RF filters.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 143,800.00 To USD 230,000.00
