United States of America Superintelligence (USASI) is an independent project. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or reviewed by the United States government, any federal, state, or local agency, or any other government. Nothing on this site is an official statement, record, approval, or designation.

USASI is also not affiliated with or endorsed by any organization, project, or person it lists. If the weekly email carries a labeled sponsorship, that sponsorship has no effect on the catalog (see the sponsorship policy). Inclusion in the catalog is not an endorsement, a partnership, or a recommendation, and a listing is not a federal approval of any kind. The site's use of the words "United States of America" describes its subject — American AI work — and does not suggest government origin.

Not a safety, security, or quality certification

The catalog does not test, audit, certify, or rank any model, product, dataset, or tool. It does not assess whether any system is safe, secure, accurate, reliable, or fit for a purpose. Openness labels such as open-weight, open-stack, and fully open are USASI editorial categories (rubric v0.1) describing documented materials and licenses; they are not quality or safety ratings and are not issued by any standards body.

Names and trademarks

Organization names, product names, and project names are used nominatively — only to identify the organizations and works the catalog describes. They remain the property of their owners. USASI does not display scraped logos; entries use plain text monograms instead. No listed organization has reviewed or approved how it is described here unless an entry explicitly says so with a source.

Accuracy and limitations

The catalog aims to be accurate and to cite its sources, but it can be incomplete or out of date. Organizations change products, licenses, structures, and locations, and linked pages can change or disappear after they were reviewed. Each entry shows the date its evidence was last reviewed. "Unknown" means the catalog has not assessed something or lacks sufficient evidence; a count of zero means only that no matching record has been published here.
