About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Campaign Analyst to join the Campaign Readiness & Activation Team within Global Campaigns. Our team is the operational backbone that makes campaign execution possible at scale.

We partner closely with Global Campaigns Strategy Leads and Strategy & Operations partners to make sure what is planned can be executed. In this role, you’ll partner with our Strategy Leads to manage campaigns end to end.

You’ll keep our sources of truth accurate, turn strategy into field-ready activation kits, and proactively surface gaps before they become problems. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional planning stakeholders and channel partners (paid media, email, webinar), creative, and localization teams.

We’re also a team that continuously tests and pilots new AI tools, automation, and ways of working, and you’ll help us find smarter, faster ways to deliver campaigns. This role calls for strong operational expertise, but it’s not purely an operational role — we’re looking for someone who will grow their stakeholder management skills, build a real understanding of how our campaign systems and processes connect end to end, and bring a strategic mindset to how work gets prioritized and executed.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Campaign Management & Readiness

  • Partner with Campaign Strategy Leads to manage campaigns from briefing through launch.
  • Maintain accurate, version-controlled campaign sources of truth, including the repository, trackers, and campaign IDs.
  • Package final deliverables and keep campaign documentation current.

Creative, Briefing & Localization

  • Prepare and submit creative briefs and Unified Brief inputs, making sure specs, timelines, and dependencies are accurate.
  • Track creative requests and localization status, and quality-check final deliverables before packaging.

Activation & Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead readiness and launch communications, including Hive meetings and quarterly and cycle updates.
  • Coordinate with paid media, email, and webinar partners, track go-live status, and flag risks early with recommended actions.

Reporting & Insights

  • Report activation status and summarize performance takeaways for Strategy Leads and the Hive.
  • Build audience journey walk-throughs.

AI, Automation & Continuous Optimization

  • Test and pilot new AI and automation tools and workflows to make repository, audit, briefing, and reporting work faster and more accurate.
  • Document what works, share learnings with the team, and help roll out improved ways of working.

You're Our Person If...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines accurately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including concise updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Ability to work independently, raise risks early, and partner closely with Campaign Strategy Leads, with curiosity and hands-on interest in AI and automation and a willingness to test, pilot, and continuously improve how work gets done.

Even Better If...

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, campaign operations, or marketing automation.
  • Experience with project tools such as Slack or Asana.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Exposure to various aspects of marketing, demand generation, and project management.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
