Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for complex equipment issues, promptly addressing safety, quality, and operational concerns. Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, process owners, engineers, and technicians to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and support production requirements. Lead and execute improvement projects, partnering with coworkers to plan, prioritize, and deliver within scope, schedule, and budget; track and coordinate cross-functional action items to closure.
