What the license text says

Grant
Permission is granted "free of charge, to deal in the Model Materials without restriction, including under all copyright, patent, database, and trade secret rights included or embodied therein," subject to compliance with the agreement.1
Notices
If you distribute any portion of the Model Materials, you must keep in your distribution a copy of the agreement and all copyright notices and other notices of origin in the materials that apply to your distribution.1
Litigation
If you file, maintain, or voluntarily take part in a lawsuit asserting that the Model Materials infringe any patent or copyright, all rights granted to you terminate, unless the lawsuit responds to one first brought against you.1
Outputs
The agreement "does not impose any restrictions or obligations with respect to any use, modification, or sharing of any outputs generated by using the Model Materials."1
Rights clearance and warranty
The materials are provided "AS IS." The recipient is solely responsible for clearing other persons' rights that may apply, obtaining any needed consents or permissions, and any due diligence into the materials.1
