NVIDIA releases Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and Nemotron 3.5 Bolt 74B-A9B open models under OpenMDW-1.1

On October 15, 2026 NVIDIA released Nemotron 3.5 Super VL and Nemotron 3.5 Bolt 74B-A9B 24GB, and said a third model, Nemotron 3.5 Bolt E4B 4GB, is coming October 23. The Super VL model card lists 120B total and 12B active parameters, a context length of up to 1M tokens, and text, image, and video input with text output. The Bolt 74B-A9B 24GB model card describes a vision-language model with 74B total and 9B active parameters that uses a native 2-bit quantization to fit in 24GB of memory, with a context length of up to 256K tokens. Both model cards give a Hugging Face release date of October 15, 2026 and name the OpenMDW License Agreement, version 1.1 as the governing license. USASI has not tested these models.123
